- Making sauces, brioche buns, and seasonal desserts
- Pastry plating

- Organization skills
Requirements:
- 2 years experience
- Basic knowledge of line service
- Cake making
- Cake decorating
- Ice cream/sorbet
- Bread making
- Ability to follow a recipe
- Ability to work in a fast paced ticket service
Compensation: $21.00 per hour
